The Old Rectory, Brede supports adults with learning disabilities, who may also have an attached diagnosis such as autism, diabetes, Down's Syndrome or epilepsy. We promote independence, equality, dignity and respect and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone. At The Old Rectory, Brede, all staff receive training in communication to suit the varying needs of each individual. Our staffing ratio is dependent on individual needs and 1:1 support is available where necessary. We provide 24 hour support and there is an on-call system for use in emergency situations.
